Jerry is the founder and owner of LifeQuest and LifeQuest Technologies. Jerry has over 31 years of emergency services experience as a nationally registered EMT-Paramedic, Firefighter I, Hazmat Tech, and EMS instructor. Jerry also held positions as Emergency Management Director, 911 Coordinator, Hazmat Coordinator, and EMS Director for a county-wide system. Jerry currently serves on numerous local and state boards and committees involving EMS related issues. He is a well-known public speaker on emergency services topics, public awareness, education, and preparedness.

Chip has been involved in the EMS and Fire industry for 33 years. He worked as an EMT-Flight Paramedic, is a certified Firefighter II, and served as a Fire Captain and Training Officer. Chip retired from the field and is now working at LifeQuest as the Director of External Operations.

Laura has been involved in the EMS industry for 20 years and the Fire industry for 6 years as an EMT-Basic and FFI. At LifeQuest, Laura works in the sales department as a Client Business Specialist. She develops relationships with current Clients, provides training, and seeks for new business prospects.

Nancy has been actively involved in the EMS industry for 15 years and the Fire industry for 4 years. She currently works as Rescue Captain on her local fire department. At LifeQuest, Nancy is a Call Analyst. She sets calls to be billed and answers patient phone calls.

Pamela has been involved in the EMS and Fire industry for over 18 years. She currently serves on her local fire department and ambulance service in various roles, including training officer, safety officer, and dispatch coordinator. At LifeQuest, Pamela manages the IT Department.

Nikki has been actively involved in the Fire industry for 7 years as Secretary, Bookkeeper, and Grant Writer for her local Fire Department. She is also a First Responder. At LifeQuest, Nikki works as a Client Relations Specialist where she sets up new Clients and manages any Client requests.
